The Corinne is a handmade 1880s felt hat, named after an 1884 fashion plate where it first appeared under this very name. Small and stylish, it perches gracefully on the hairstyle and is secured with hatpins — just as it would have been worn in the 19th century.
This Victorian felt hat adds the perfect finishing touch to historical ensembles, reenactment outfits, or history-inspired fashion. Light and versatile, it can be worn at different angles for daywear or dressed up with feathers and ribbons for more elaborate looks.
Each Corinne hat is hand-blocked in wool felt using traditional millinery techniques.
Available in a range of colours. The Corinne can be customized to harmonize with your outfit. As an optional extra, you may also add white ostrich feathers for an authentic 1880s millinery flourish.
